The steps and screenshots used in this tutorial are from OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) but are nearly identical to previous versions of OS X, so you should have no trouble following along, even if you’re not using Yosemite.In this guide I will show you how to connect your Apple MAC to any VPN service that’s using the OpenVPN protocol. OpenVPN is a fast, stable and secure protocol and most VPN service providers will.Click the Network icon from the main System Preferences window (3).Click the + button in the bottom left (4) to add a new network connection.Select VPN in the Interface dropdown.
